THE WEDNESDAY WAKE-UP STORY

Wednesday Wake-Up began as a live gathering of dedicated seekers and Dharma practitioners in December 2019, where guided meditations and Dharma talks given by teacher Gregory Maloof were recorded on a cell phone and distributed to participants who wanted to keep up with Gregory's teachings when they could not attend in-person Wednesday nights.  The Covid-19 pandemic necessitated a shift to online gatherings exclusively, and created an unprecedented need for spiritual seekers to have the freedom and flexibility to get access to online teachings, thus Wednesday Wake-Up the podcast was born.

It is now released weekly, and has grown an international audience that includes the USA, Canada, Australia, Iran, Israel, Spain, Italy, Costa Rica, and India.
